Welcome to Chez Chapelle, country living in the heart of the Auch! We have converted our old workshop into a lovely modern private and spacious 32m2 studio - open concept all amenities in one room, on our half a hectare land. Owners on site, but your space is quiet & private with two terraces, private entry, free parking, fully equipped kitchenette, coffee, coffee maker,linens, towels, Smart TV, wifi, shared pool, and a friendly cat! Pets welcome! Kid friendly -- playground, toys, crib! The space Located on half a hectare lot, you'll feel like your living countryside in the city! You will have your own private and brand new 32m2 studio guest home with two private terraces on a large, quiet property in Auch. Free wifi, Smart TV, YouTube, Netflix are available, (sorry no cable TV) a large comfortable 160 cm X 200cm bed, a shared pool (with owners), fully equipped kitchenette, private parking, kids fun (swing set, toys) baby bed and highchair available if needed. Lawn chairs and pool towels included, and enjoy any fresh fruits around the property depending on the season! (cherries, figs, plums, cherry plums, peaches etc!) A lovely surprise: enjoy romantic views of the Cathedral from the patio! At Chez Chapelle, we honour our local artists and artisans. Several of the items in the studio are for sale, if you fancy one, let us know! The items are labelled with little price tags. Thank you for supporting our local artists and businesses! We love pets, so yours are welcome! :) Please clean up after your pet. Our friendly cat named "Chatchat" may come and say hello! Guest access Guests will have access to the grounds, pool, terraces, and private guest house - an entry without steps for those with limited mobility. Enjoy the many fruit trees on the property in season and the peacefulness of the neighborhood. Other things to note This is a studio home. There is no bedroom, all beds (queen + double futon) are in the same space. Similar to a hotel suite :) Restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, Auch Cathedrale and monumental stairs, convenience store, hiking trails, parks, markets and Le Gers river all minutes walk away! Major Annual Events: TOUR DE FRANCE IN AUCH JULY 17!! 1. Jazz in Marciac (Marciac)– A world-renowned jazz festival held every summer, attracting international artists and audiences. The festival typically runs for several weeks in July and August. 2. Country Music Festival (Mirande) – Europe’s premier country music festival, featuring live music, dance workshops, and western-themed activities, held annually in mid-July. 3. Tempo Latino (Vic-Fezensac)– A vibrant festival celebrating Latin music and dance, usually at the end of July. 4. Fêtes de la Madeleine (Eauze)– A feria-style event with parades, corridas, and traditional festivities, held in early July. 5. Circa (Auch) - The circus and the city comes alive each year in October to celebrate student and professional acrobatics and performers with live performances all around the city for two weeks!
