The area offers something for everyone, from long sandy beaches to nature reserves, and plenty of restaurants and bars. The apartment features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating 4 guests. The balcony offers stunning views, and with garden furniture provided, you can fully enjoy the Spanish sun. The space This lovely apartment is perfect for up to 4 guests, featuring 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds that can be pushed together. There are 2 bathrooms, with the master bedroom offering an en-suite. The terrace overlooks the pool and is equipped with a lounge sofa, 2 sunbeds, and an outdoor dining table, ideal for enjoying the Spanish sun. The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning, a Smart TV with Netflix, and WIFI. Please note, the apartment is only accessible via stairs. A baby bed and high chair can be provided upon request. Other things to note The mandatory final cleaning fee is €100. Our weekly rates include bed linen (*), wifi, energy costs (**), and access to the swimming pools and fitness center. Each guest receives a linen set that includes: 2 towels, 1 washcloth, 1 beach towel, 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover, 1 pillowcase, 1 kitchen towel, 2 dish towels, and 2 cleaning cloths. Additional linen is available for €25 per set. ** No extra charges for electricity. We kindly ask that you use energy responsibly by avoiding the use of air conditioning or heating with the doors open or when you're not in the apartment.
