Beautiful private room w Bath in Historic Home

We are offering one private Bedroom/one private Bathroom in our home. The large room is self contained with queen bed, 2 nightstands, closet, dresser with mirror, upholstered chaise, table & chair, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig and non-operational fireplace, tv. The room has its own outside entrance from your private driveway. Our home is non smoking and No Pet from guest. Long term guest (30day or more) have access to laundry if we are home. Previous +Airbnb feedback is appreciated The space The room to be rented is private and separated from the main part of the house. There is a private vintage style bathroom. The tub has been modified for use of a shower with surround. The room has a large closet for clothing and storage . A small fridge , a microwave and coffee maker are included in the space along with a round dining table used for dining or as a computer table. There is an adjacent outdoor area with table / chairs in a small garden area for use of guest. Guest can use their own private driveway outside entrance to the Suite. To park here, Please make sure your vehicle is free of oil or other leaks . Thank You Guest access Guest are only allowed in the suite listed on airbnb in pics provided. The rest of the home is Owners private spaces and off limits to guest. Laundry access is provided for persons booking a long term stay ( 30 days or more ) . During your stay We live on the property and are available anytime for assistance.
