Welcome to Waggos! Peacefully secluded, yet close to a very quaint downtown area, and the river that runs through it all! Recently renovated in a modern boho style, our home offers you comfort and relaxation for your family vacation, fishing trip, or girls weekend retreat! We offer year round amenities for our guests- such as amazing fall colors, snowy serenity, springtime view of the Muskegon River, and endless summertime fun and sun on and off the river! Sleeps 7 adults, 11 with kids The space Our home has two floors. The main floor has an open floor plan with a full kitchen, large dining room with plenty of seating, a comfy living room, full bathroom, and laundry room. There is a walkout directly onto the deck/patio area. Upstairs you will find a common area with a coffee bar and reading area and 3 bedrooms. There is a full bathroom connected to one of the bedrooms, with a room divider that can be closed for privacy from the bedroom. The same bedroom also features a small private balcony with a bistro set for enjoying your morning coffee and evening wine. There is a good sized yard for running around outside, plus a fire pit area on the edge of the woods, firewood and s’mores provided. Take the wrap around deck from the front door to the back, and you’ll find an ample deck and patio area, perfect for grilling (pellets provided), outdoor dining, watching wildlife, and hanging out day and night! This whole area looks out into the woods that lead to the river down the hill. (currently no river access) While you’re in Newaygo you’ll want to visit our downtown area for antiques, sporting goods, breakfast/lunch/dinner/drinks, or even a float down the river (Wisner’s)! Riverfront park is less than 2 miles away- great for fishing, picnicking, walking, and playing in a lovely natural setting. Up the hill from downtown, you’ll find all the staple fast food, Leppink’s grocery store, gas stations, thrift shops, tattoo shops, Pinky’s Tubes and more! Guest access There is a hand drawn property map located in the yellow guest notebook. All areas of the property and house are available to guests, EXCEPT: the locked closet under the stairs, the boiler room, and the marked areas outside (caution signs near the hill and the owners’ shed)
