One Bedroom available with Private Bathroom. House shared with the host with separate living spaces. 2 guests can comfortably stay in the room with Queen Bed. Free to get in & out anytime. Allowed 2 adults and 2 Children. Free twin roll away bed after 2 guests. If 2 guests requested an extra bed (roll away bed), additional charge of $10/stay. Guest companion name must be given upon reservation. Please tell me about yourself and the purpose of your trip. The space Three bedroom house. Host live in the property but maintain separate areas from the guest. Living room is only use to get in and out of the house. Free parking space. Guest access No kitchen access in the house. Coin-op washer & dryer ($4.00 bring your quarters & detergent). During your stay I give my guest total privacy. You may text me if you have questions or concerns between 8 am. and 6 pm. except for emergency. Do not wait to tell me your concern on your review. That will be too late for me to response or fix. Other things to note Must give one hour window of your estimated time of arrival (ETA). Late arrival after 9 pm is subject to the host approval. Please do not change your ETA every hour. I will let you check in the next morning or cancel with no refund. Check out at 11 am. Please comply with the California Energy Commission posted inside the room. I appreciate your cooperation. The following charges if any will be deducted from your deposit: 1. $50.00 per night will be charge for guest not included in the initial reservation. 2. $75.00 fee for early check in or overstayed guest. 3. Additional charges TBD to Lost Key, missing or Stained (not washable) Towels, Stained Bedsheets (not washable). 4. Downloaded movies & the like charges will be charged against your deposit. 5. All other items or amenities requested or taken by guests. 6. Driveway parking optional. Only regular size car allowed. Oil leakage charge TBD. 7. Cleaning is after check out.
