Guest apartment on horse farm

Partially newly-built apartment above a horse stable. Fully-equipped kitchen for 8 people. We have horses, cats and a dog on the farm. It is a very quiet and relaxing area, with a wonderful view of Kullaberg. The space The apartment consists of the old part with a living room, dining table and 3 beds, then a few steps take you up to the newly-built part with a fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast dining table, two bedrooms with 2 beds in each, a bathroom with shower and washing machine and an extra toilet. The entire apartment is nicely decorated with wooden floors in all rooms, except for the bathroom which has ceramic floors. Outside the apartment, there is a small lounge group and a BBQ gas grill. Guest access You will have the whole apartment to yourself. Other things to note The area is very quiet and relaxing, but it's good to know that: The apartment is on top of the stable, so you can hear the sound of the horses when they are inside. The dog will probably bark when there are new people in the yard. Stairs to get up to the apartment. If you have an electric car, you can charge at our charging station at cost - about SEK 3/kWh. We also have two kayaks and two inflatable SUPs for rent, kayak SEK 200/day per kayak, SUP SEK 300/day per SUP. Wetsuit and life jackets in various sizes are available to borrow.
