Solar Powered Mountain Top Getaway

Set in the mountains on 160 acres. It is a solar-powered off grid studio apartment above our garage. You’ll love our place because of the serene forest, awesome sunny deck with great views, swimming pond, and hiking trails. You can enjoy the music of the birds singing in the morning, catch some frogs in the pond, hike on our many trails, enjoy a cocktail on the scenic deck, and roast marshmallows over a campfire! In the winter; snowmobile, sled or ski from the door! The space Our mountain getaway is accessed on a class 4 dirt private road that can be bumpy and is steep in places. A vehicle with clearance is necessary. It is best suited for drivers comfortable navigating up and down a mile long mountain road. In the winter months, 4WD is necessary. You will find our space quiet and cozy. The kitchen has everything you need to make a home cooked meal. Guest access Private entrance and deck in a separate building from our house. 160 acres of land to explore with hiking trails, brooks and waterfalls! Guests are welcome to use our children's swing set, fire pit, picnic table and swimming pond. Other things to note Our mountain getaway is accessed on a class 4 private road. We recommend a vehicle with clearance and an adventurous driver that will enjoy a climb up a mountain! In the winter, 4WD is required. Depending on time of arrival and weather the road may not be plowed.
