Central superking en-suite room with own entrance

Welcome to our spacious double bedroom with a huge comfy superking-sized bed and en-suite shower room. Located in Edinburgh’s world heritage New Town, the restaurants and bars of bustling Broughton Street and the top of Leith Walk are on the doorstep, while all of Edinburgh’s sights are just a short walk away. The space Your room is on the lower ground floor of our lovely 200-year-old Georgian townhouse. From the rear patio you enter a short hallway with Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge for your use (although we occasionally use the fridge too). The room is large, as is the bed, with a small table and chairs for eating or working at, and a chest of drawers. We provide all the bedding and towels you need, as well as shampoo and body wash in the shower room. There’s also good WiFi. Guest access We’ll meet you on your arrival. After that you can come and go as you please with your own entrance accessed via a path beside our house and down eight steps to the back patio area and doorway. During your stay Your room is part of our family home, so there’s usually someone around to answer any questions and give you tips to make the most of our beautiful city. Other things to note Our house is close to a primary school and during term time you may hear some sound from the playground. It's never affected our enjoyment of our home and we're sure it won't affect yours. We also have one in-door cat, who travelled back with us from Hong Kong. She stays in our part of the house and is never allowed in the entrance hall or room you will use. NB The shower room is served by a SaniFlo macerator pump, so only toilet paper can be flushed.
