Cozy Room W/ private bathroom in Queens, NYC

We are a Hispanic family from Colombia and Ecuador. We live in a very nice neighborhood in Queens in a three-story building (with optional parking for an extra fee) of which we occupy the third floor. Our family consists of our 9yo son, our 24yo daughter, our 8 month old dog (a Yorkie), my husband and I. We hope to open our home to people from all over the world, who are looking for a homelike atmosphere in NYC. The space The comfortable and bright room has its own private bathroom, work desk, comfy chair, and a large window. It's located on the third floor inside the apartment where my family and I live. This is a spacious two-story apartment with a good sense of privacy. Your room will be located on the main floor along with my daughter and son's room. My husband and I sleep on the top floor. Guest access The room is already equipped with pretty much anything you might need for a lovely stay. Besides sleeping, the TV and the Comfy chair make it a great place to lounge and rest. The kitchen is available for light cooking only since me and my family uses it most of the time. You are free to store a few items in the fridge and kitchen cabinets. The dining room and living room are shared spaces. The TV in the living is used by my family mostly, since guest have their own private TV in their room During your stay We are more than happy to recommend places of interest, general information or answer any other questions you might have. We mostly keep to our selves, we all have busy schedules so we are out and about most of the times. However we are always open to chat and share a cup of coffee.
