Ancient Oak Views (Yosemite/Bass Lake)

CAMPING at its COZIEST! In our renovated 5th wheel, that feels like an artsy cabin. It has all necessities to make it feel like a home. Even an electric fireplace(for ambiance only) and a smart TV(used off personal hot spots). This location offers a private, peaceful place to stay, while visiting Yosemite National Park(45min to the entrance) and/or Bass Lake(25min). If you don’t have a reservation for Yosemite, you can still visit, by entering the park in the early am before it’s “open”. The space The Camper is situated on 3 acres with our home a little further up the driveway behind it. The property has a decent size front yard which makes for a pretty view. Guests have access to the 5th wheel and the flat area directly around it. The accommodations are suited for up to 4 people but can accommodate more upon request and an extra guest fee. Guest access Guests have access to the 5th wheel, driveway up to the 5th wheel, and the surrounding flat area the Camper sits on. Guests will NOT have access to the house behind the camper nor the entirety of the front yard. if guests would like to use the front yard they can inquire to do so! Other things to note - NO pets allowed due to allergens. - NO over sleeping unless requested and agreed upon with an additional guest fee. - Guests MUST turn off the AC/Heater while away from the camper for hours at a time, as well as when they are through with their stay. Optionally: The AC has a thermostat that can be set to a reasonable temperature to ensure the camper will be comfortable when you come back from your adventures. - ALL items stored in the camper when guests arrive MUST stay in the camper. Toilet paper, paper towels, soap, coffee pods, utensils, towels, sheets, and anything else you might find in the trailer are for you to use DURING your stay. Not to take with you afterwards. Guests will be charged extra for stolen property.
