Wake up to fresh mountain air, peaceful hills, and beautiful valley views at our cozy 4-cottage retreat near Suvakholi. Designed for comfort and calm, our homestay offers 4 private cottages with attached bathrooms, a garden, open terrace, and bonfire space—ideal for families, friends, couples, small celebrations, or anyone looking to slow down and enjoy a quiet mountain getaway. The space Indoor Spaces Step inside and you will find a simple, comfortable mountain home designed for ease, warmth, and togetherness. The property can host up to 12 guests, with a base occupancy of 8 guests. Bedrooms We have 4 private cottage-style bedrooms, all located on the ground floor. Each room is around 250 sq. ft. and opens up to lovely mountain views. Every cottage has a king-sized bed for 2 guests, with an extra mattress available for 1 additional guest. Each bedroom includes a ceiling fan, heater, electric kettle, seating arrangement, bedside tables, garbage bin, windows, and extra blankets and pillows. The rooms do not have AC, wardrobes, child cots, or bedside lamps, keeping the space simple and suited to the cool mountain weather. Washrooms Each of the 4 cottages has its own attached bathroom. Every bathroom comes with a geyser, shower, sink with mirror, exhaust fan, jet spray, garbage bin, normal towels, and individual toiletry kits. Bathtubs, jacuzzis, and hair dryers are not available. Living Area Our living room is located on the first floor and is a welcoming space for everyone to gather. It has chairs and tables, seating for up to 12 guests, a centre/coffee table, music system, Bluetooth speakers, and a 32-inch TV. It is a comfortable spot for conversations, music, laughter, and relaxed evenings after a day of exploring the hills. Dining Area The dining area is attached to the living room and can seat up to 12 guests. It is made for long meals, shared stories, and slow mountain mornings. Outdoor dining can also be arranged on request. Kitchen The kitchen is available, though guests do not have direct kitchen access. Outside food is allowed. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, cutlery, barbeque utensils, and a kettle. Meals are available à la carte, and breakfast can be arranged on request. Terrace and Balcony The rooftop/terrace is one of the most loved corners of the property. It is a beautiful space to breathe in the mountain air, enjoy quiet mornings, watch the hills change colour, or sit under the open sky in the evening. Outdoor Space Outside, the property opens into a peaceful garden surrounded by mountain views. There is no swimming pool, but the outdoor spaces are perfect for unwinding, sipping tea, reading, chatting, or simply doing nothing for a while. We also have an outdoor fireplace/bonfire area, making evenings especially memorable. Guests can enjoy barbeque sessions, outdoor dining on request, and relaxed time in the garden or terrace. Pets are welcome too, so your furry companions can enjoy the mountain air with you. Guest access Guests have access to all 4 cottages, attached bathrooms, living and dining area, garden, terrace, outdoor fireplace/bonfire area, and private parking. Outdoor dining can be arranged on request. The kitchen is not directly accessible to guests, but meals can be arranged à la carte basis.Outside food is not allowed. Other things to note Things to Keep in Mind, Key Notes Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. The property is couple-friendly, family-friendly, child-friendly, and welcomes unmarried couples. Stag male groups, female groups, visitors, pets, and events or parties are allowed. Walk-in guests are not allowed. The property is not wheelchair friendly. There are no ACs,clothes dryer, indoor games, outdoor games, or projector. All major mobile networks work well here. House Rules No smoking inside the property. Outside food is not allowed. Pets are allowed, but guests are requested to take care of cleanliness and responsibility. Events and parties are allowed with prior information. Walk-in guests are not allowed. Please treat the cottages, garden, terrace, and common areas with care. Guests are requested to respect the peaceful mountain surroundings. Additional charges apply for barbeque kit, seasonal heaters, bonfire if applicable, and helper/driver room.
