The location is unbeatable. In the middle of the action but in a quiet, lovely street. The apartment is a real home. It consists of two spacious bedrooms (one of 216 ft with 50" Smart TV) and ample closets. No bed or sofa-bed in the common spaces or mezzanine. Double beds are regular size (165 cm), bigger than queen size. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, NESPRESSO coffee maker &capsules available, and it is a proper room separated from the living room. Comfortable living room with two couches and a 55" smart TV to relax after a busy day around our beautiful city. The ceiling 'a cassettone' is dated back to the 15th century. A/C, washer and dryer. Reliable free WIFI and free NETFLIX. The main bathroom is large and comfortable with bathtub and shower, and the 2nd bedroom has its own full bathroom with shower. We are equipped with a crib and a highchair for babies. Babysitting service is available on request. Late check-in is possible without any additional charge.
