My place is good for travelers looking for peace, proximity to nature, and bearable heat (850 meters above sea level and close to all amenities) The space Apartment adjoining our main house, a 10-minute drive from Lake Geneva (Evian Les Bains) and the foothills. Accommodation completely refurbished in 2022. On the first level: kitchen, living room and toilet. A large living room of 40/45 m2. On the second level: - A bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and 2 single beds - A second bedroom with a 140 cm double bed - Bathroom with toilet. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, induction stove, hood, coffee machine (Senseo, Italian and filter), toaster, kettle, microwave, raclette machine, fondue machine... Small library and a few board games. Smart TV and Wi-Fi. High chair and portable crib upon request (with a very comfortable mattress), as well as a gate for the stairs (also upon request). Ironing board and iron. Electric charging station for cars on site, to be discussed in advance with the owners. Explanatory booklet in French and English for proper operation and points of interest in the area. 25 m2 wooden terrace facing south/south east. Table for 6 people and 2 deckchairs. We provide linens and towels. Winter: The family resorts of Bernex and Thollon les Mémises are 10/15 minutes away by car. The Abondance resort is a 20-minute drive away.
