It is reserved to be rented out entirely by large groups. However, if the property is not fully rented out less than 60 days into the future by a large group, the property becomes a boutique hotel and can be rented out by the room. The price that is shown on the listing less than 60 days into the future is only for 1 bedroom. If you would like to book just one bedroom then we will send you the links to book just one bedroom and the cleaning fee will be adjusted lower to include the cleaning fee for just one room. If you would like to rent the entire property or several of the rooms, we can send you a special price offer to reflect the cost of more than one room. Johnny’s Beach Bungalow has 6 Bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is another half bath off of the kitchen area. The Ocean Suite has a king bed, and a queen bed. The Bali Room has a queen bed. The Surfer’s Cove has a queen bed. The Sea Shell Escape has a queen bed and a bunk bed. The Breeze Tiki Hut is the bunk room and it has 3 bunkbeds and a king bed The Seaside Flat is a mini apartment with a queen bed, a sleeper sofa bed, and a kitchenette. There is also a covered yoga patio, outdoor dining area. Lastly, there is a kitchen/sitting area next to the pool. Guests that rent out the whole property are able to access the whole property. Guests that rent out specific rooms can access those rooms and will have shared access to the common areas that include the pool area, the kitchen and dining areas, and the yoga hut. Our caretakers live in an apartment on the property and cook breakfasts for our guests and can also provide additional services for our presidential package such as room cleaning, booking excursions, and helping our guests with anything they need. Johnny’s Beach Bungalow is located at the south end of Playa Avellana and is a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. We are also located next to the bar/restaurant Gregorios and next to Cabinas Iguana Verde which is a mini restaurant. We are also a 7 minute walk to Lola’s restaurant and surf school and 13 minute walk to La Esquina shops and restaurants. We have free gated parking onsite for our guests. We also offer airport pick up and drop off and vehicle rentals. There is an additional $20 charge per guest per day after 10 guests ages 3 or older when renting out the entire property or an additional $20 per guest after 2 guests if you are renting out an individual room. Payment cards are held on file for incidentals and rentals.
