You will stay in a 2 bedrooms 1, bath apartment that offers a King bed in the Master, and a Queen bed in the second bedroom. The bathroom has 2 doors and can be accessed from the Master only for privacy, or the hall. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, toaster, coffee maker and stove. (No oven). We offer a washer and dryer combo inside the unit. The building also has a laundry area at the lobby for a small fee. There is a sofa and a Smart TV with wifi for streaming your favorite shows and programs. The apartment has new floors and bathroom has been remodeled, including all windows and bedroom furniture. Guest access Gated community with guards 24/7. Amenities include Olympic Pool, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Children playground, and grounds with trails to walk around. Parking is free inside the building premises. Other things to note Highly recommend a car rental. You will be close to many spots, but you may be better off driving in the Island. The apartment has a key to get in, we will provide the lockbox number. If the key is lost, you will incur in a replacement fee of $50.
