This unique cottage is one of a few of the historic stone houses sprinkled around town. But don't worry...even though it's old and has tons of charm and character, it has recently undergone a full renovation and exudes modern mid century vibes. Amazing beds! It’s central to all the awesome area attractions and is an easy drive up the mountain and to the surrounding lakes. Walk to town for coffee and shopping! This is THE place to stay in Mt. Shasta! One dog is allowed for a pet fee of $20/night. The space Welcome to The Stone Cottage! *Centrally located on Mount Shasta Blvd to access all area attractions easily from the house. *Newly remodeled in rustic modern mountain decor and colorful vintage Persian rugs. *Mini split units in each room with air conditioning and heat, fast WIFI to work from home, a smart TV in the living room, and keyless entry doors. *Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove and oven, toaster, blender, and coffee station. *Coffee, creamer, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper provided *All bathroom amenities including towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, blow dryer, cotton balls and swabs, and lotion. Soak in a hot bath or take a shower- the choice is yours! *Private entrance/stand alone cottage. *Off-street parking *New luxury memory foam queen mattresses with comfortable bedding. * The fireplace in the unit is not functioning. *One well behaved dog allowed for $20/night. Please don’t let dogs in the beds or furniture. Please be aware there is not a fenced yard. Pick up after your pets. If you want to be in the middle of it all, there is nowhere better to stay than here! The side patio is shared with the other stone house on the property. If you bring a dog, please take him or her for a walk to do its business as we don’t have a grassy fenced yard. Other things to note If the power to the dishwasher and kitchen lights won't work, there is a tripped breaker. The breaker panel is out the front door around the house to the right. If you feel comfortable, you can reset the breaker. If not, contact me. -The fireplace in the unit is just for show. It is not functioning. - Use the new gas BBQs outside. The old stone one is not functional. - House is located at the back of the parking lot, directly next door to 611, the large stone house. -One dog allowed for $20/night. There is not a fenced yard here. Please pick up after your pets and walk them off the property to do their business.
