The private balcony has an amazing view of Choctawhatchee Bay and overlooks the pool and fishing pier. Get a birds eye view of the state of the art marina development. There is one reserved parking space in front of the unit. Additional parking is first come, first served basis and is large enough to park a trailered boat. There are two bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. Both bedrooms have a queen bed, a tv, chest of drawers, night tables and lamps. One bathroom has a walk in shower the other has a tub and shower. There is a Pac-n-Play in the bedroom closet. The living area has a sleeper sofa, love seat and tv. Sheets and pillows for the sleeper sofa are stored in the bedroom closet. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, tableware, and unbreakable dishes for children. There are also washable cooking, eating, and grilling utensils. Small appliances include Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Other amenities include a starter pack of dish and laundry detergent, paper towels and toilet paper. For your comfort, one bath towel, one washcloth and one pool towel per guest is provided. For outside use, there are two beach chairs, an umbrella and some beach toys. There is a shared charcoal grill in the public space near the pool. Charcoal and lighter fluid can be purchased at most convenience stores in the area. Guest access You will have private access to the entire condo.
