It is just 4-minutes away from the Circle Mall and has all the luxuries and amenities you could possibly desire. There is also a gym and a rooftop pool available to guests during their stay. The well-designed living room/bedroom features a sofa bed and a king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens. It has a flat-screen TV with streaming services and a small private balcony where you can enjoy the stunning Dubai views. The kitchenette is fully equipped for your convenience. It comes with a washing machine, an electric kettle, a toaster, a microwave, and a coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods. Basic amenities are also provided in the bathroom, including a walk-in shower with a waterfall head, toiletries, and fresh towels. The home is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitised for your safety. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. Other things to note Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in. Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
