You can enjoy the tranquility of the village, with its lakes and typical Alpine architecture, and visit valleys rich in history and nature. The space The apartment comes from the renovation of an old house in the center of the small town of Moncenisio (once Ferrera Cenisio), carried out trying to preserve as much as possible the materials and styles of the Alpine valleys between Susa, Cenischia and Savoy. The property consists of an apartment on two floors and a small outdoor space located in front of it, equipped with an outdoor bench and table. On the ground floor is the kitchen, while on the first floor is the bedroom with 4 total beds (2 in the loft and another 2 single beds, which can be pushed together to form a double bed) and a bathroom with shower. Heating is provided by a pellet stove that can be activated by remote control or a special app, and the bathroom is equipped with a portable electric heater. In the bedroom, there is a satellite SMART TV. Guest access The property is within walking distance. The nearest parking lots are in the church square (about 40 meters from the house, but not usable from May to November), or in the Regione Lago parking lot (about 80 meters from the house). From the bedroom window, it is often possible to admire chamois, ibexes and large birds of prey on the slopes of the Lamet.
