Quirky houseboat with 2 car spaces & harbour views

This recently refurbished houseboat sits on the edge of Bembridge Harbour overlooking St Helen's Dover. With two cabins, modern saloon & outdoor decking, this memorable place is anything but ordinary. - Scandi cosy interior with modern saloon & wet room - 2 cosy cabins with under bed storage - 3 parking spaces - Storage for bikes Guests can enjoy off-jetty access which is perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding & fishing. The deck surrounds the houseboat providing space for socialising. The space The houseboat is an original conversion of a 1940s landing craft used in World War 2. The interior and exterior has been modernised, influenced by scandi decoration. At the front of the houseboat lies a cosy cabin with a double bed. Under bed storage provides enough space for two people to store clothing etc. Through to the modern kitchen, the space provides all the mod-cons needed including an electric cooker, oven, microwave, airfryer and fridge. Additional fridge/freezer is located in the outdoor shed. Moving through to the saloon, guests can enjoy the comfort of a cosy dining and seating area. A TV with Freeview Alongside an Alexa smart speaker. WiFi is available to use throughout the houseboat. Next to the Saloon is a modern wet room. Guests are reminded that the wet room has a macerator toilet. Whilst toilet paper can be placed in the toilet, guests are asked to use the sanitary wear bin that's provided. The second cabin offers beautiful views of Bembridge Harbour and the surrounding area through the patio doors. There is also under bed storage . The decking provides ample space around the houseboat for socialising with direct access onto the harbour for paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. Parking is available across the road for two cars. Bikes can be stored in the secure shed next to the houseboat. Guest access Guests have access to the entire space including outdoor areas and shed. Other things to note All guests can benefit from a discount on both car ferries. The discount given varies. Please contact host to book/enquire.
