Discover a slice of heaven - although just miles from downtown Greenville and a mere 45 minutes to the mountains, this space is magical. It is located atop a hill with preserved wetlands on one side and the lake on the other! The private dock, picnic area, fire pit, mini patio, charcoal grill, and kayak rentals provide guests with ample opportunities to enjoy views of the lake and river. The guest suite is attached to our main home, but it is a separate unit entirely with its own private entrance (complete with self-check in!) — there are no shared spaces, although you may hear some baby laughter occasionally through your windows! *PLEASE READ LISTING THOROUGHLY FOR AMENITIES. Guest access Guests enter a stunning concrete driveway dug into the hill where the house rests, almost floating above the road. The driveway has a STEEP GRADE, so please be mindful when ascending! PARKING: 2 cars maximum unless otherwise agreed on w/hosts! PLEASE ensure you park all the way into the spot. Second car can be parked in spare lot to the left of house. SELF CHECK-IN: using Smart lock at top of staircase on patio. You will receive a customized key code prior to your arrival. PICNIC AREA / BACKYARD: entirely private area right off the entrance of the Airbnb. enjoy a beautiful dinner al fresco cooked on an outdoor charcoal grill with sunrise, sunset, and moon rise views! DOCK: can be used for a variety of activities, including swimming, fishing, sunbathing, or kayaking! He is VERY friendly and often wants to play - please do not feel obligated.
