Cozy room by SLU, the Grove, downtown!

If you are new to St. Louis city and want a close location to explore and experience some of STL’s best sights- then this is the perfect place for you! This house is close to all the major neighborhoods: Downtown STL, Central West End, The Grove, and Soulard! This house is fully furnished with amenities including a full kitchen, relaxing living room, a dining room great for hosting, and a basement with games! I hope to host you soon! Guest access Porch, backyard patio, grill. During your stay If you have any question about the neighborhood, restaurants, and bars, just let me know! Otherwise, I will always be available to provide information about the neighborhood! Other things to note Me and my roommate Izzy are currently staying at the house! So there will be quiet hours at after 11 pm. However, you can always hang out in the basement until late night! I request every guest to take off their shoes when they go upstairs. I’d like to keep my carpet clean! Otherwise you can keep your shoes on the first floor or in the basement.
