The 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home with its open floor plan, spacious gathering areas, hot tub, and fire pit is designed for you to disconnect from your worries and reconnect with family and friends. The Center Hill Shores community has a private park with playground, 2 covered pavilions, and a private, gated boat storage. The Birdsong is a warm and inviting home with spacious, open-concept gathering areas that will accommodate a larger group and yet is intimate enough for a couple. Downstairs, you’ll find a vaulted great room, dining area with a table for 6, and kitchen with additional bar seating. Also downstairs is the large master suite with a workspace, the laundry room, and an additional half bath. Upstairs is the entertainment loft with a smart tv, foosball table, 2 couches, and an oversized bean bag. Also upstairs is a full bathroom and 2 additional bedrooms, one with 1 queen bed and the other room with 2 queen beds. Our mattresses are all of high quality, and there is a firmness to match just about any sleepers preference. The linens are soft and luxurious and the pillows are of varying materials including down, memory foam, and traditional batting. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and almost everything one would need to cook, or even bake, if you so desire. There is even a coffee maker to suit just about everyone’s tastes, including a traditional drip coffee maker, a Keurig, and an espresso machine. The kitchen also has a stand alone water filter. Although the inside of the Birdsong is beautifully well-appointed and comfortable, I consider the outside spaces to be the real gem of this home. Many cups of coffee have been enjoyed in the early morning hours on the couch and chairs under the covered back deck. Nighttime is best spent under the yellow glow of the fairy lights, around the warm flicker of the fire pit, and soaking in the effervescent bubbles of the hot tub. If rocking is your speed then the front porch has gliders all the way across for your tea-sipping pleasure. You will have the entire house to yourself I am reachable during your entire stay by text, phone call, or Airbnb message, and I am a in the area if needed. Center Hill Shores is a beautifully wooded and private neighborhood perched above and along the lake. We have 2 community pavilions, a playground, and secure watercraft storage available for guests to use. We also have a private lake access trail that is great for taking a walk to the lake or launching kayaks and canoes. The streets of Center Hill Shores are essentially a circle with several cul-de-sacs off of the connecting 3 main streets, Savannah Dr., Center Hill Shores Dr., and Shoreside Dr. The parking area for the lake trail is on Shoreside Dr., and the playground and pavilions are on Swiper Dr. The watercraft storage area is on Lola Dr.
