Casa-Zen-trally located 4 bedroom with a pool

Relax with the whole family at this centrally located and peaceful property. Enjoy the warmth of Laredo's climate and hospitable people. This centrally located property is walking distance from groceries, sushi, Target and much more. The space This is a 1964 Dell Trautmann mid-century post-modern track home. It has solar panels and an electric car charging station (bring your own cable). High-speed internet is standard and so is the reverse osmosis filtered water. The home has a washer and dryer and most other modern kitchen appliances. There is one master bedroom with a queen size bed and master bath. 3 bedrooms have a shared bath. Two of the rooms have queens and one has two double beds. There's a full kitchen and breakfast bar and adjacent dining room. Feel free to grill in the backyard next to the pool or chill on the front deck by the waterfalls and zen fountain. Our space is relaxing and has a large backyard made for fun! The property is also equipped with a large HD TV in the den and has an office space ready for productivity whilst away from home. Also, 3 bedrooms have a Roku TV. If you are here to work and/or play we’ve got you covered. There is a caretaker's apartment on the side of the house to the back. This apartment is separate and does not have access to the house. Guest access The whole house is available for your use and enjoyment except the CARETAKER'S APARTMENT (HE DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE HOUSE NOR THE POOL ) and parts of the garage which is used as storage and is video monitored for security purposes. The only way to gain access to the washer and dryer and the pool is through the garage. Please don't trigger the motion sensor of the garage camera and always keep the garage door closed. Always keep the back garage door locked and monitor your kid’s whereabouts as there is no pool fence to protect your children against accidentally falling into the pool. Other things to note The pool in the backyard does not have a pool fence around it meaning that you are your children’s only lifeguard. Do not leave anyone under the age of 16 or with a disability unattended or without adult supervision at any time in the backyard. The garage is under 24-hour video surveillance and the camera is motion-activated. I use it as storage and your use of the garage is for the very limited purpose of using the washer and dryer, and accessing the pool. Any access or use of the garage otherwise will bring about your immediate and nonrefundable expulsion from the property.
