We can go to Palos de la Frontera from where Columbus left to discover America (40km), and since we are in the area, we can stop by Moguer which is next door, where the novelist Juan Ramón Jiménez was born (he wrote "Platero y yo"), and they make some sweets in the "Victoria" confectionery that are to die for. If we go to the mountains we can visit Valverde del Camino, famous for its leather crafts (60 Km), higher up are the Rio Tinto Mines, Aracena with its cave and if we continue a little more, Jabugo.
