Our top-of-the-valley apartment is spread over 1800 sqft and consists of well-appointed 3 bedrooms & living areas suitable for an entire family or a group of friends. It comes equipped with 100 Mbps WIFI for anyone who wants to work from home or is on a workation. The location of the apartment is quite convenient to access via well-maintained National Highway 907A, also known as Kumarhatti-Sarahan-Nahan Road, yet away from the hustle and bustle of city life and offers extreme tranquillity. It is located atop the valley in the village Bohali (Bohli), Kumarhatti, Solan, just 6.2 km from Barog-Kumarhatti Chowk. It offers a panoramic view of the majestic Himalayan slopes with all the greens they offer. Guest access After parking your car on the highway, you'll need to come down three floors. It is quite comfortable to do so. You'll then need to access the apartment using the PIN provided for the smart lock. When you are inside, you'll see the switches marked with stickers of the purpose. Please feel free to access all parts of the apartment. The three spacious bedrooms conveniently accommodate 6-9 adults. There are three additional mattresses provided as well. Reach out to the cupboards for the same. Other things to note The turn to the apartment is a bit tricky with the new flyover at Kumarhatti. Please note that you do not have to take the flyover towards Solan/ Shimla. You must take the bylane to the left that will bring you to the chowk from where you should take the right turn toward my apartment complex. There is an huge market at this location with chemists and grocery shops from where you can make your required purchases, if any. A few meters away after you take the right turn, towards the destination, you'll come across a store on your left-hand side called "Sunshine" that stocks many international groceries and bread for you to shop for if needed. "Sunshine may also home deliver at an extra charge." There are several local eateries (Dhaba) along the way that offer fresh and sumptuous food. A few of them may offer home delivery at an additional cost. Pine & Dine is a local eatery with a wonderful view that also delivers food at home.
