1 King&Twin bed, washer dryer, self check

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. 1500 sq ft space with a lot of room. We have two king beds, couch, Washer dryer, kitchenette, full bath, exercise machines, pool table, and outdoor chairs. The entire basement space is available for use and not shared. Pets are allowed with a fee but not allowed on bed and sofa. Not allowed: loud music, partying, smoking, illegal substances, and any loud noise. No refund issued after check-out. Any issues, let host know early The space 1400 sq ft space of the entire basement. It has windows and entry door from behind. Enter through the sliding doors. It may be a little tight to push the sliding doors.
