Forget your worries in this spacious and peaceful place. Basement apartment of approx. 90 m2 with nice views. 1 bedroom with a good 180cmx200cm double bed. Large living room with sofa bed, spacious kitchen and bathroom with the necessary equipment. Bathroom with sauna!! Nice outdoor space with 2 seating areas and sun until late evening! Note: We live above the apartment, so there may be sounds of creaking floors. We also have a little boy who loves to run around. You can hear some small footsteps from time to time The space The place is located in a quiet environment. 5 minutes from the beach with good swimming and hiking opportunities. 30 minutes from the main road E39. 2 minutes from Vanse city center and 10 minutes from Farsund city center. Fun to see/experience: Nordberg fort, Varnes fort, Surfing/kiting/windsurfing (with course options) on the beaches, Lista lighthouse etc. and often more experiences in the towns of Vanse and Farsund. Guest access you use the apartment in the basement. In front of the house you go down the stone stairs and continue to the apartment. Other things to note The light switch to the living room is hidden behind the right curtain when you enter the living room. We have an automatic lawnmower. Be careful with small children and do not leave anything in the grass.
