Longer term stays by request. The space You are on the main floor of a bungalow in a mature inner city community with lush trees, a fenced back yard located a block from the bow river. Front entrance with closet opens to a cozy living room with a decorative electric fireplace, Smart TV (internet, no cable), wi-fi, and comfortable furniture featuring hardwood flooring extending to the Master bedroom with a queen bed, and 2 closets, the second Bedroom with a double bed and single closet, and the 3rd bedroom/office featuring a single bed, desk, chair and single closet. The kitchen has vinyl flooring with a fridge/freezer, glass top convection stove, double stainless steel sink, 4 person dining room table, microwave, blender, kettle, toaster, Kureg and drip coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, pantry, fire extinguisher first aid kit, oil, condiment's, salt, pepper, coffee, tea and cleaning supplies. Back door off the kitchen provides access to the shared back yard space where there is a dedicated propane BBQ on the back stoop, dedicated table and chairs in the back yard and shared access to a fire pit. Bathroom features a tile floor, single vanity sink with mirror cabinet, drawers, extendable magnifying mirror, bathtub, handheld shower, towels, face cloths, toilet and toilet paper. The basement accesses a shared common area with washer dryer and storage. The main floor has a dedicated forced air furnace with thermostat. Parking is free on-site tandem driveway. Spare linens are also provided. Garbage recycling and compost bins are located in the alley at the rear of the yard. Guest are responsible for taking their waste to these bins on a regular basis. Guest access Guests will have free on-site parking for two vehicles in tandem. Additional vehicles or visitor vehicle will have to be discussed with the host. The bungalow contains a registered secondary suite in the basement, so the rear yard and basement common area containing the washer and dryer are shared space. Some storage is available for guests in the basement but is not secured. Laundry detergent and fabric softener will be provided in the guest suite on the main floor. Guests will have exclusive access to the main floor suite, front yard, back stoop, BBQ and outdoor guest table and chairs. Guests will receive a keypad code for the front door, and wi-fi password. Other things to note The unit is the main floor of a 1950's bungalow with three bedrooms comprising a queen, a double, and an office with a single bed. The yard is fully fenced and you have a private front entrance and rear entrance to the yard. There is a tenant in the basement suite with two pugs and a separate entrance to the suite. The yard is shared as is the laundry area in the basement. House is not air conditioned but fans are provided and the unit has its own furnace and code compliant fire and CO2 detection/alarms.
