The top floor contains the Kitchen, Living room and Dinning room all in one large space that opens up to the deck with a beautiful view of the Ozark Mountain treetops and Beaver Lake below. The kitchen is fully equipped with double ovens, a microwave/convection oven and eat-in kitchen area. The master bedroom contains a king bed with large windows providing more beautiful views. Relax in the master bathroom jet tub and/or separate walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 is spacious with a king bed and large windows letting in the beauty of the beaver lake area just across from the main level bathroom. A second cozy living quarters provides conversation seating next to a fireplace with walkout entry to the deck. A third bedroom connects to this space with queen bed and large picture window. Separate living quarters are housed in the basement. Basement space consists of: kitchenette, living room, full bathroom and bedroom with queen bed. The downstairs living quarters opens up to a covered patio with seating and large backyard. The basement living area is included with the main level in the rental. SAFETY AND ACCESS: The driveway sits on a blind hill. Use caution when entering and exiting the driveway. Deck is professionally maintained and inspected; however, due to the elevated nature of the structure, children must be supervised and guests must not sit, stand, lean or climb on railings. The main level of the house (kitchen, living room, dining room, sitting room and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) is easy to access with 1 step. However, the lower level (kitchenette, small living room, bathroom and bedroom) can only be accessed using stairs. Guest access Guests will be able to access the entire home which includes the main level and the basement level. Other things to note The driveway sits near a blind hill.
