Come and relax in this quiet and elegant 110 m² stone house with its garden. Perfect for a "ZEN" stay, you can combine Rest, Calm, Relaxation and Tourism. A place of "Well-Being". The space This non-smoking, cocooning and warm house, with soft colors, is equipped with fiber Wi-Fi. To relax on the ground floor, the living room welcomes you with comfortable armchairs to watch TV or a DVD or just listen to music thanks to Alexia. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and Senséo coffee machine. You'll have the opportunity to have your meals in the kitchen or in the small dining room. No meals in the bedrooms. The staircase to the first floor is quite steep: be careful with the elderly and children. You will find two spacious bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed, the other with two 90 cm beds that can be grouped into a 180 cm bed as you wish. The beds will be ready upon arrival, sheets provided, an ironing board and iron are available. The bathroom with bathtub and toilet (toilet on the ground floor as well). Hygiene products are provided as well as bath towels, you will also find a hair dryer. Note: the use of candles is not allowed inside or outside. The cast iron stove in the dining room will only be used by us upon request. Guest access For your privacy you have a garden without neighbors with a table, chairs, garden furniture and deckchairs with parasols to relax. We will be happy to show you the 2-hectare park within the estate, which is crossed by a small stream, a place conducive to calm and relaxation. access to the accommodation is limited to people included in the Airbnb reservation. The arrival of outsiders is not allowed, as well as festive evenings. You can park your car inside the Estate, outdoor parking enclosed by walls, possibility to park caravan or motorhome for the night. Other things to note Your breakfast included in the price, will be offered in the dining room of the Domaine (End of service no later than 10:00 a.m.). It will consist of tea, coffee, orange juice, yogurt, fresh fruit salad, toast and pastries, homemade jams and depending on the day it will be offered, pancakes or French toast or homemade cake or cookies or crepes. We will ask you to let us know your breakfast schedule the day before at 8:30 p.m. Possibility of table d'hôtes (from €30 per person, identical menu for all guests at the table), in the evening only, to be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
