Also, relax by the firepit (Adirondack chairs included), enjoy an outdoor picnic, and plenty of room for parking your boat/atv trailer. Close to several trails for riding. The space Our cottage not only has 2 bedrooms but a queen sofa bed along with a couch. If boating or ATV use is what you would like, there is plenty of room for your vehicle with trailer to be parked. Nice big grassy lot next to our garage. You will also have access to our garage for those rainy days. Guest access You will have access to the house, garage and entire yard. The back shed is not for your use. Other things to note Boat launch is close. Party store is within walking distance. Hardware store is within 2 miles.
