Cozy house near beach meadows, cliffs and the sea

In the middle of Österlen, in the charming fishing village of Brantevik, this cozy house is located just 300 meters from the sea. Here you can enjoy the tranquility with the lush garden outside the windows, take a dip in the sea, stroll along the beach meadows, or read a good book in the hammock. If the weather is bad, you can warm up in the Jacuzzi, sauna or in front of the fireplace. The garden has a patio on both the front and back (east/north/west), so both breakfast and dinner can be eaten in the morning sun. Charcoal grill (Weber) is available. The space PLEASE NOTE! We are building a new outdoor environment/terrace at the back of the house for the summer of 2023. The terrace is now so complete that it can be used, but not completely ready until the end of May (e.g. sandpit, pergola, etc.). Fresh modern spaces (newly painted and newly decorated in 2022), lush garden and childproof with gates in the stairs (both upstairs and downstairs) and proper gates in the garden so no small child sneaks out on their own adventure. Children's toys and books are available. Guest access You will have the whole house and garden for yourselves. There is a space in the house that is a private wardrobe (access from the master bedroom). Other things to note We charge an additional fee when booking for more than two guests, to cover bed linens. Thus, a set of bed linens is included for all guests. For extra sets of bed linens, as well as towels, etc., the following applies. We offer the possibility to rent additional sets of bed linens (for the single beds, sofa bed and double bed) for a laundry fee of SEK 80/8 euros per kit. Towels are rented for SEK 30/3 euros per piece and bathrobes SEK 50/5 euros per piece.
