Studio + Sauna "On Swann's Side of the House"

Quiet 27 m² studio in mid-mountains Tourism, hiking, mountain biking, skiing/snowshoeing, teleworking... FREE private SAUNA all year Heated outdoor SWIMMING POOL 12mx5m/open July+August depending the weather SOUTH-FACING BALCONY with no overlooking neighbours/view of the park PARKING: 1 private parking space for the studio Bicycle/ski storage room LIFT Strasbourg or Colmar at 45 min (by car) Europa Park at 50 min Ski resort at 15 min Wine route, waterfalls, castles Restaurants / Farmhouse inns The space The studio is available to rent on Airbnb, but I also stay there myself because I love this place ! It is therefore fully equipped and thoughtfully furnished. LIVING AREA: - 1 queen-size bed (160×200) / 1 winter or summer duvet / 2 pillows and pillowcases / 2 cushions and cushion covers / 1 comfort mattress topper / 1 mattress protector / 3 blankets - 32-inch TV + Apple TV (no TV package, but access to your Netflix, Prime and other subscriptions) - Small wardrobe with shelves and a large mirror - Roller shutters, blinds and insulated curtains - Fibre broadband Access to the open-plan kitchen, hallway and balcony. FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: - 3-ring induction hob / extractor hood / large oven - Large fridge / freezer + microwave - Filter coffee maker / kettle / toaster / teapot - Server trolley - Cutlery, crockery, serving dishes, saucepans, frying pans… and kitchen utensils. BATHROOM: - Rain shower and shower head - Large wall-mounted cupboard, under-washbasin drawers and shelves - Towel warmer and hairdryer - Toilet. ENTRANCE: Hallway leading to the bathroom and living room. - Shoe storage - Small clothes rack with 2 hangers - Shelf for suitcases - Fold-away step stool. BALCONY: - 1 table and 2 chairs - 1 sun lounger (in spring/summer) - Large sun awning. Guest access Guests have the use of the entire studio and all its facilities, as well as a private parking space. The sauna, swimming pool, bike and ski storage room, and garden are shared with the other residents. Other things to note - Self-check-in from 6 pm to 9 pm - Self-check-out before 2 pm - No smoking + no pets - 1 to 2 people - Studio not suitable for young children. - Shops 10–12 km away - Restaurants and farm inns in the village - Bread and pastries vending machine 5 minutes’ walk away - Mobile butcher and delicatessen (Fridays between 4 pm and 6 pm) - No public transport. LINEN and TOILET PAPER are no longer provided. You can bring your own or ask me about the linen option at €20 per stay. LINEN OPTION (to be set up on arrival): - 1 fitted sheet (160 x 200) - 1 duvet cover (220 x 240) - 2 pillowcases (65 x 65) - 2 shower towels - 2 hand towels - 1 bath mat - 2 kitchen tea towels. All in colours to match the studio ! CLEANING: The studio will be cleaned after your departure, but it must be left in a reasonable condition: - Kitchen utensils must be cleaned, dried and put away - Linen provided as part of the package must be aired and returned to its box - Rubbish and glass bottles must be taken out - The studio must be aired. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 15 euros via Airbnb. During your stay, you will have access to all the everyday kitchen utensils and cleaning products you need. HEATING: It is programmed remotely in accordance with current energy guidelines. However, you can activate a ‘heating boost’ and contact me until 9.00 pm if necessary. Any excessive use of the heating will be charged via Airbnb. From 1 November to 31 March: winter tyres or snow chains/socks are compulsory. SAUNA: Free of charge, available for private use and on the same floor as the studio / Open all year round with no set opening hours. I accept no liability whatsoever for the use of the sauna and sports facilities. SWIMMING POOL (heated and cleaned every morning): Open in July and August from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm. However, it may be closed in rainy or inclement weather at the pool manager’s discretion. Weather permitting, it is open from June to the end of September (subject to change).
