It is therefore perfectly equipped and carefully furnished. In addition, the preparation of the studio and the cleaning are carried out by a professional tourist accommodation person. LIVING ROOM: - 1 Queen size bed (160 X 200) / 1 winter or summer duvet / 2 pillows and pillowcases / 2 cushions and covers / 1 comfort mattress topper / 1 mattress protector / 3 blankets - 32-inch TV + APPLE TV (no TV package but access to your Netflix, Prime subscriptions...) - Small cabinet with shelves and large mirror - Roller shutter, blinds and curtains - FIBER WIFI Open kitchen access, hallway and balcony. EQUIPPED KITCHEN: - Induction 3 burners/hood/large oven - Fridge/freezer and microwave - Filter coffee maker / kettle / toaster / teapot - Serving trolley - Cutlery, crockery, dishes, pots, pans... and cooking utensils. BATHROOM: - Rain shower and shower head - Large linen closet and drawers - Hairdryer. ENTRANCE: Hallway serving bathroom and living room. - Shoe storage - Small clothes rack and 2 hangers - Shelf for suitcases - Foldable step. BALCONY: - 1 table and 2 chairs - 1 deckchair (in spring/summer) - Large sunshade - Clothes drying racks. Guest access Guests have access to the entire studio and its amenities, as well as the private parking space. The sauna, swimming pool, bicycle/ski room and park are shared spaces with other residents. Other things to note - SELF check-in (from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.) - SELF CHECKOUT before 2 p.m. - No smoking + no pets - 1 to 2 people - Not suitable for infants. - Shops 8/10 km away (Andlau or Barr) - Restaurants/Farm inns - Bread and pastry distributor 5 min away - Itinerant butcher (Friday between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.). LINEN and TOILET PAPER are not provided. You can bring back what you need or ask me for the linen option at 20 Euros per stay. LINEN OPTION: - 1 fitted sheet (160 X 200) - 1 duvet cover (220 X 240) - 2 pillowcases (65 X 65) - 2 bath sheets - 2 hand towels - 1 bath mat - 2 kitchen towels. All in the colors of the studio! CLEANING: Cleaning will be done after checkout. The studio must nevertheless be returned in a suitable condition: - dishes, pots, plates... cleaned and stored - linen from the package aired and returned to its box - garbage cans and glass taken out - studio aired out. Without this, 15 euros will be charged through Airbnb. During your stay you will have all the utensils and cleaning products of everyday life. HEATING: It is programmed remotely according to the energy recommendations in force. You can still activate a "heat boost" and reach me until 9 p.m., if needed. Any misuse of the heating will be charged via AIRBNB. From November 1st to March 31st: winter tires or snow chains/socks are mandatory. SAUNA: Free, privatizable and on the same floor as the studio / open year-round without schedule. I decline all responsibility for the use of the sauna and sports equipment. SWIMMING POOL (heated + cleaned every morning): It opens in July and August from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., depending on the weather. It closes in rainy or gloomy weather during this period, at the decision of the pool attendant. Weather permitting, it opens in June and closes in September (this is not guaranteed).
