Station 5 is comprised of two side-by-side, complete homes on a single floor, connected by a convenient pass-through door. With no stairs, this ranch-style property is easily accessible for everyone in your group. This expansive layout includes: Two separate living rooms, one featuring a stunning, wall-sized train mural. Two fully stocked kitchens. One features modern stainless steel appliances and granite-style countertops, and both are equipped for preparing large meals. Two full bathrooms. Two laundry rooms. A smart home system with voice assistants (and traditional switches). Living room TV with HDMI and ethernet connections for computers or gaming consoles. Bedrooms: Your group will have plenty of room to rest across five comfortable bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Full Bed Bedroom 4: Full Bed Bedroom 5: Full Bed & Twin Bed Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire building, which includes both connected units. The pass-through door between the two homes will be unlocked for your stay, allowing you to move freely throughout the entire space. You will also have full access to the dedicated guest parking area. Other things to note Pre-Arrival Requirements: As a professionally managed property, we require guests to complete a secure pre-arrival process. After booking, you will receive a link to verify your government-issued ID, provide a refundable security deposit of $300 (this is an authorization hold, not a charge), and sign a digital rental agreement. Occupancy & Fees: Your booking rate includes up to 9 guests. The property can accommodate a maximum of 14 guests. Each additional guest beyond 9 will be charged a fee of $45 per person, per night. Property Features: For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with an air purification system that runs 24/7. Exterior security cameras monitor the parking area and front doors.
