Lovely apartment & quiet courtyard in city centre

A classy one bedroom apartment with courtyard and private parking in the heart of Bucharest. Located in a charming, central and quiet area, the flat is the perfect spot to start exploring Bucharest. This is a large apartment filled with natural light, a spacious common room and a fully equiped kitchen. The space The flat is part of a building which has served as residence of an well known aristocratic family during the interwar period. Located at the first floor with private entrance, the 60 sqm apartment has been completely refurbished in 2018, but we kept it's original features and charm. The living room and dining area are in a vintage style that gives your stay a sense of harmony and comfort. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, do not miss the shops, restaurants and romantic wine boutique. Guest access Check-in and check-out can be done easily, using a special lockbox. Guests have the entire apartment for themselves with a queen size bed with orthopedic mattress, a dining area, a living room with an extensible sofa, a fully equiped kitchen and a bathroom. The courtyard has table and seats where guests can relax, read or have a drink. Other things to note There's a private parking inside the courtyard (the asphalt is highlighted in yellow), but note that it is a little bit tight. Please note this isn’t fitted for big cars, as some maneuvers will be needed in order to access the parking space. In order to access the gate, pull the small door (towards the exterior) and push the big one (towards the interior). Being an apartment located in an open courtyard, you might notice some and then the furry kitten of the neighbors Also in our courtyard. She has a bowl of food and a small cat house, but you won’t even notice her.
