3 Gorgeous, Old Bahama Bay Oceanfrnt Junior Suites

On western tip of Grand Bahama Island. 3 adjoining, oceanfront, junior suites comprise the top floor of a cottage at Old Bahama Bay Resort & Yacht Harbour. 2 outer suites each have 2 queen beds, inner has 1 king. Spectacular, unobstructed, oceanfront views. We do not use an availability calendar because at least 1 of our 3 units is typically unreserved. However, the Resort has been selling out completely, well in advance, for summer weekends and Holidays. The space Our three oceanfront, junior suites are located at Old Bahama Bay Resort & Yacht Harbour, 56 miles due east of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. You can fly or take a ferry boat to Freeport, Grand Bahama Island. 40 minute drive from Freeport Intl. Airport. We do not use an availability calendar because at least 1 of our 3 units is typically unreserved. However, the Resort has been selling out completely, well in advance, for summer weekends and Holidays. Our units overlook a beautiful, pristine beach where you can swim and snorkel. A 4000 sq. ft. Infinity pool is adjacent to the beach. There is a gym with a selection of exercise equipment on the property. Private spa services are available. You may dine at the marina restaurant, tiki hut restaurant/bar on the beach, or head to Freeport for a shopping and dining experience. Each suite is 550 sq. ft., plus a 120 sq. ft. deck. Suites comprise the top (2nd) floor of our Old Bahama Bay cottage. Two outer units each have 2 queen beds, and the inner unit has 1 king bed. Units adjoin/connect, and can be rented as single, double, or triple. Quoted rates are for a single junior suite. Suites are 40 ft. from the beach--as close as any on the property--and have completely unobstructed ocean/beach views. Guests have unlimited use of bicycles and non-motorized watercraft. Snorkeling equipment is also provided and there is great snorkeling just off our beach. Other activities include tennis, shuffleboard, basketball, volleyball, ping pong. Snorkeling, picnic, and sunset boat trips can be arranged, as can sport or bone fishing. The Resort charges all guests a $20/day/suite "Resort fee" and a one-time, $35/suite departure cleaning fee. Both are payable to the Resort at checkout, and are not included in our rental rate. A 10% VAT will be added to the rental rate and is payable online along with the rent. Guest access Register as an owner guest at the Resort's reception desk for keys. Access is through the front door of each unit, on the second (top) floor of the lavender "Jasmine" building, 40 ft. from the beach. The suites may be accessed internally if more than one unit is rented, as they adjoin/connect.
