The Kitchen also has all the pots, pans, dishware, and silverware needed to formulate your favored dinner. Situated beneath the stunning chandelier, the rectangular dining table is set for six guests.  The Living Area boasts a love seat, couch, a wall-mounted flat screen Samsung HDTV, and patio access. The Master Bedroom has a large King bed and a TV. The Master Bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination. The Guest Bedroom is home to a Queen bed and 2 Twin beds, permitting the condo to sleep six guests without the need of a Sofa Sleeper. The Guest Bathroom has a stunning porcelain vanity and a bathtub/shower combination. The patio has seating for two and a ceiling fan. You can relish the patio regardless of the weather forecast as it can be closed off by the use of its sliding glass doors. If you are arriving after 5 pm you will find a packet with your key and information in the lockbox located in the breezeway. Please call our office in advance for the combination. Check-In is 5 pm. On Saturdays we may experience slight unavoidable delays, we ask for your patience in this regard. On Saturdays, guests will not be allowed to go to the property prior to 5 pm. Complexes will no longer allow guests on site until their unit is ready. We do not guarantee a 5 pm check-in. No refund will be given for check-in's that occur later than 5 pm. We do not allow or guarantee early check-in either. Early check-ins may require an additional fee. Your driver's license or state ID must be presented at time of check-in. Check-in is located off-site. Parking passes and beach access card must be returned to check-in office upon departure. Holiday Isle Occupancy includes all guests staying in the unit this includes children under 3. We provide all linens for the unit except beach towels. We supply 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each trash can and a starter set of dish soap and bar soap. Once those items are used it is up to the guest to purchase more items. Food items will not be left in the condo, this includes salt & pepper. We do not supply paper towels either.
