The Fisherman's Cottage

My place is an old fisherman's cottage in the seaside neighborhood of Cabanyal. It is a two-story building renovated in 2022. We wanted it to be an ideal place to relax after a day discovering this wonderful city, its beaches, the Turia gardens, its museums or the fantastic historic center of the Ciutat Vella. That's why I chose neutral colors and natural materials, and we tried to preserve the charm of the original house, in harmony with the neighborhood. The space The house is independent, and is accessed directly from the street. It is distributed on two floors: On the ground floor, accessed from the street, we have a single space with a living room, dining room and kitchen, bathroom, and a private outdoor patio. The sofa, if needed, could be prepared for 1 person to sleep on it. There is a smart TV on the ground floor and in the bedroom, so you can watch your favorite platform. Free 600 mb download fiber optic internet is offered. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction hob and combi fridge, as well as a toaster, blender, kettle and coffee maker. The house also has a washing machine. Upstairs we find an open-plan room of about 30m2 that is the bedroom, and a small terrace that falls on the lower terrace. For the comfort of families with children, I have installed an armchair with a futon in the bedroom (1.40m x 1.90m), where the little ones can sleep.
