The Riad Essalam is a traditional Riad over 120 years old, it classically consists of a central patio open to the outside, 3 floors and a terrace offering exceptional views of the beach, the ocean and the Unesco-listed medina. The space The Riad Essalam is a traditional Riad over 150 years old, it classically consists of a central patio open to the outside, 3 floors containing living rooms and bedrooms overlooking the patio. It is located at the entrance to the Medina, a stone's throw from a parking lot, the picturesque port of Essaouira, the large beach and the Medina (classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site) and only a few meters from the ramparts and the ocean that you will hear roar from your accommodation. The main terrace, on the 4th floor, offers exceptional views of the beach, the ramparts, the ocean and most of the Medina. Breakfast table, lounge chair, barbecue, everything you need to have a good time. Guest access On the second floor is your apartment, it consists of a large living room with a dining area and two single beds. The window overlooks the ramparts and the ocean. On the other side of the patio is the shower room and toilet, the kitchen and a bedroom with two beds (which can be combined to make a large bed). This apartment also has a private terrace that allows you to have breakfast and meals outside. You have access to all common areas, including the large rooftop terrace with incomparable views. Note that we follow Moroccan law on couples who must be married to stay with us. Other things to note Note that according to Moroccan law we cannot receive unmarried Moroccan couples. The cleaning lady is present every day of your stay to ensure impeccable cleanliness in the riad and in your apartment. She can do laundry if needed. The caretaker is also present every day and will inform you daily about the medina, its customs and traditions.
