Our house here on the East side of the Lake in the Konneaut Knolls Area is our home away from home and now a guest house for those visiting the area. Cozy yet spacious, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bath. Enjoy a bbq on the patio or short walk the lake. Built in 2000, Conneaut Lake Casa is not only a great summer getaway, but also a year round house that we offer during the off season. Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It is a one level house with patio and front and rear yards. Comfortable and nicely furnished and equipped with everything you will need for your short or long term stay. Master bedroom has a Queen bed. The other two bedrooms have lovely unique built in bunks with the lower bunks both extending to a king sized bed with memory foam mattresses. They also have built in drawers for your personal items. During the summer, the rental comes with beach privileges (Konneaut Knoll). This side of the lake is a wonderful neighborhood and community great for great walks down to the water and with the Iroquis Boating Club. The house also has a full size front loading washer and dryer. During the summer, we have the patio furniture out which is conducive to lounging and dining on the back patio. Of course we also have a gas grill for those summer bbq's! NOTE: For stays less than 1 week, guest will be charged an access fee of $50 for cable/wifi to be turned on. We are always available to answer questions and to make sure our guests have what they need. The neighborhood is super quiet and we are surrounded with friendly neighbors. It is a mixture of seasonal and year round homes. We only rent to guests with at least one (1) positive review. We also require a valid ID at the time of booking and at key pick up. The person booking the reservation must be present for the duration of the reservation. No third party reservations. No overnight guests other than those listed on your reservation at the time of booking.
