10 minute drive to airport, 10 minutes walk to train. Very clean, comfortable double room in lovely character home near the Swan River. Jarrah floorboards throughout. The guest bedroom is spacious with plenty of storage, a ceiling fan and ducted air conditioning for those hot summer days. The bed is comfortable with 100 percent cotton or bamboo sheets and a mattress topper for extra comfort. The garden consists of Australian natives, fruit trees and multiple veg and herb gardens.1 The space A welcoming home where you can easily relax. Many attractions nearby, Margaret River chocolate factory, wineries, historic Hotel with beautiful beer garden, National Parks, wildlife park, cycle tracks, Farmers markets ,and much more. Ten minute walk to train station. Organic vegie and herb gardens. Quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to local shopping centre (ten mins). Strictly a NON SMOKING property, inside and out. Guest access Access to kitchen, seperate guest fridge, pantry shelf, gas cooking. Kitchen to be used for light meals only. Kitchen to be left clean and tidy at all times. During your stay We both work full time and need time to ourselves at home so although we’re very friendly, we love our space and quiet times to recover. More than happy to offer advice on local attractions etc. Other things to note Organic fruit/green smoothies available upon request. ($5) Please advise prior to arrival of any groc items etc that you would like me to shop for eg breakfast, milk etc. I have 2 very good push bikes that can be hired for $20 each per day. I have a far infra red sauna which guests are welcome to use for a small fee of $10 for 40 minutes, $5 20 mins.
