Nice cottage with sea view and roof terrace.

Welcome to our newly built cottage in a quiet location with lovely sea views. The cottage is located 100 meters from the sea where there is a swimming area and a cozy beach promenade. On the cottage's roof terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets over Kalmarsund. To Mörbylånga C with restaurants, cafés and grocery store, it is about 800 meters. Outdoor gym, paddle tennis court and a popular playground are within 1 km. In Mörbylånga C, there is also bike rental. On southern Öland, nature is in focus with, among other things, Alvaret and the cultivated landscape. The space The cottage is a total of 45 square meters, of which 15 square meters is a sleeping loft. The cottage has one bedroom with a 160 cm wide bed. The sleeping loft has two 90 cm beds. Please note that the sleeping loft is reached by a steep ladder and that there is a low ceiling. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave as well as fridge/freezer. The room has high ceilings and an open floor plan with large windows that allow for light and a beautiful view of the sea, but of course there are curtains to draw for the windows for those who wish. There is a dining area and sofa as well as an armchair with a small coffee table. In addition, there is a toilet with shower and washing machine. The cottage has A/C that can be used if needed. The outdoor environment consists of large roof terrace with sea view. For those who prefer to stay on the ground, there are wooden decks in several different directions where there is also the possibility to stay. The garden otherwise consists of natural land. Please note that the guest needs to bring their own bed linens and that the guest needs to clean the cottage before departure. Guest access The tenant has access to the entire cottage, its outdoor areas and garden. Other things to note On southern Öland, nature is in focus. Here, for example, you can visit the so-called Alvaret, which is a natural area of a special character. Since 2000, the whole of southern Öland has been included in UNESCO's list of World Heritage Sites due to the unique landscape. Thus, southern Öland is one of Sweden's 15 World Heritage Sites. Southern Öland has both hiking trails and bike trails. In Mörbylånga, where the cottage is, the Mörbylångaleden passes, which is one of the Swedish Tourist Association's 12 signature trails for hiking. On southern Öland, there is also a rich bird life and southern Öland is therefore well suited for bird watching. From the cottage, it is about 15 minutes' drive to Färjestaden and about 30 minutes' drive to Kalmar.
