My apartment is ideally located for tourists: just near Eiffel Tower! In addition, you see the Eiffel Tower form the window! The main advantages of this apartment: location, view, calm. The space My apartment is a real pearl for tourists! It is situated on the 5th floor, access with elevator. There are 2 separate rooms of modern style, ideal for 2 guests but can fit 4 people as well: there is a convertible coach in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwashing machine, coffee machine, blender, kettle, toaster…). All the furniture is new and of high quality. Bathroom and toilet are separated. There are three big windows, making the apartment very bright. The apartment is not adapted to accept handicap persons. Location: the appartement is situated on the border of 15th and 7th neighbourhoods, in the famous « Village Suisse », few minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. There are 3 metro lines (6,8,10) just 1 minute away. There are also many bus lines and bike stations. Many supermarkets, restaurants, bars, commerces, pharmacies around. All the famous Paris sightseeings you can reach by foot. The neighbourhood is very animated, full of restaurants, but at the same time the apartment is very calm. I always do my best to welcome my guests: I provide you with complementary maps and guides as well as with tips and recommendations for visitings, restaurants, bars, etc. I can provide you with breakfast, French wine and specialities at request. The cleaning of the apartment can be arranged at demand. It will be my pleasure to organise for you the excursions, trips, photo sessions and help you with other questions. I speak fluently 3 languages: French, English and Russian (+some Spanish). My goal is that you enjoy at maximum your time in Paris and you get an outstanding experience and memories! Guest access You can use the entire apartment, kitchen, dressing. Other things to note I will ask you not to smoke, not to have parties in the apartment, remove your shoes at the entrance and keep it clean and safe. Please note that construction works are currently taking place in the building courtyard and may generate noticeable noise during weekday working hours (approximately 8:30am–5pm).
