Villa Kornberg - Two Nandus

If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you are in the right place in our newly renovated guest room - Zwei Nandus. Rurally located, our former farmhouse is a place to stay and the spacious garden is not only liked by nature lovers. Geographically, our accommodation is about 9 km from the district town of Kleve, 5 km from the historic town of Kalkar and 8 km from Goch. It is about 25 km to the Roman city of Xanten. There are many ways to explore the Lower Rhine by bike. The space The modern furnished guest room incl. Bathroom is newly renovated and equipped with floor heating. The queen size bed is 1.60 meters wide. In the room there are seats and a table, which can also serve as a simple workplace if necessary. In addition to a closet, a chest of drawers provides ample storage space. A TV and Wi-Fi as well as a kettle and small fridge are also available. An extra bed, allergy-free pillows and an iron are available on request. For longer stays, we can provide a smaller and simple cooking facility on request. This includes a sideboard with a party hotplate (2 cooking surfaces), 1 large fridge, cookware, plates, cups, cutlery, sink. This cooking facility is located in a separate area from the accommodation. Guest access Guest bathroom, spacious garden and courtyard, in good weather also outdoor seating During your stay During your stay, we are happy to be your contact person. There is usually someone in the house or garden. If not, my parents live next door or a short message via AirBnB is enough. Other things to note Two small children, currently 3 years and 9 months, live in our household. They sleep at night, but during the day, children's noises are part of our everyday life. Children are therefore also welcome. Guest children are also welcome on our children's playground. In addition, there may be typical farm noises: sometimes chatter or crows, a tractor or other noise unfortunately cannot always be avoided and are simply part of the rural charm.
