The space This luxurious modern yet cozy style apartment is located in the Highlands gets amazing natural light from a oversized French window throughout the day. It features a minimalist design with artsy decoration so the apartment has a bright, clean, uncluttered feel to it. We take a tremendous amount of pride in maintaining the apartment for a comfortable stay. Whether you are visiting friends, a cute couple, a traveling nurse, going on a work trip or taking a vacation to explore Louisville's art, sports and food scene, this apartment is perfect for you. Your spacious primary bedroom features a comfortable Queen size bed with a 12" memory foam mattress, 100% white Egyptian cotton, and extra pillows for increased comfort. There is plenty of space to hang your clothes in a big walk-in closet or fold them to keep your personal belongings organized. The bedroom also has two nightstands filled with books if you feel like staying in and a desk for you finish off your work or take that Zoom call. You also have a washer and dryers in unit right from the bedroom! The washer and dryer offer convenience so you don't have to over pack. For traveling nurses, you can wash your scrubs daily. You can also walk out your front door and enjoy the 100s of shops, bars, and restaurants with authentic cuisine, where locals dine. Your privacy and relaxation is a priority with a luxury private bathroom that features a spacious shower with a 12" shower head giving you a rain shower feel. All the essentials are provided for your convenience such as linens, towels, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, hair dryer and others. We also provide bath robes and slippers for your comfort. The spacious, fully equipped, brand new kitchen features butcherblock countertops and white-tile backsplash with gold grout, all culinary needs (spices, pots & pans, chef knives and more), soft close cabinets, and new stainless steel appliances. This includes a fully equipped kitchen, dinning/living area, private bathroom, a dedicated desk for workspace and a private balcony. You also get a parking pass to use our private parking lot. You will have complimentary coffee, tea and occasional snacks/cookies. Other things to note A) Do you provide shower amenities? Yes! There is private parking on the premises in the back (1 free parking space included) and free street parking in front. You will receive a parking pass during your stay. C) Is the neighborhood safe? Yes. This neighborhood is safe and has been a hot destination for travelers and healthcare professionals such as traveling nurses. D) Can we check-in before 3pm? Yes.
