Idyllic cottage right on the plantation.

Here, the heart calms down and peace descends. Only the wind in the pine trees can be heard. The house is entirely in solid wood, with a wood-burning stove and heat pump, and furnished for families with children and dogs. The grounds are large and adjoin the plantation, with the many trails. A quick 3 km walk leads to the sea, and otherwise there are water parks, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Check the house guidebook to see what's happening nearby. The space Our house is a Norwegian log house, built in 1976 and continuously maintained. There is wood everywhere and it is decorated with our own things, including many books. There are three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a sofa bed (very comfortable) and a workspace. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer and dryer in the bathroom. The house is heated with a heat pump and district heating, and on really cold days there is also electric heating in the rooms. There is a shed with, among other things, a trampoline that you can assemble (and disassemble) yourself, toys and tools. And an outdoor charcoal grill. There is WiFi, CromeCast and AppleTV. The house is right next to a plantation with roe deer and birds that come to visit, down a gravel road with very little traffic. It's peaceful, beautiful, and it's the perfect place to slow down. Guest access There is access everywhere in the house and on the property, except for a small shed on the terrace, where we store our own things. Other things to note It is a perfect place to cycle - if you do not have your own bikes, they can be rented in the nearby area.
