It's only 20 miles from San Francisco, and 10 miles from Berkeley, and 25 miles from Oakland (OAK) Airport, and 7 miles from BART. The space - The outdoor space has many seating spaces. - Outdoor heater and lights are available upon request. - The place doesn’t have immediate neighbors. - There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 full bathrooms available for guests. - We keep some cleaning supplies for the cleaners in the garage so it is not included in the listing but we have over 10 parking spots in front of the house. Also, we keep some extra furniture in one storage which is off limit. You get 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathroom as mentioned in the listing. Other things to note The property is in an acre land and is not adjacent to the neighbors so it's a prime location for family gatherings with privacy. But the guest must act responsibly and make sure there won't be any complain from neighbors or police.
