Guest access Entire ground floor with two bed rooms, two washrooms , full kitchen, Dining, covered porch, open courtyard, parking garage, garden and swimming pool. Other things to note 5 minute drive to Kahathuduwa southern Hwy exit. 35 minute drive from the Bandaranayake international airport. NO LOUDE MUSIC around Swimming pool area or covered porch area. ( Swimming pool close at 12 midnight and open at 6 am) No large gathering more than the 6 guests. ( including booked guests, family members, Visitors, etc...). Quiet time after 12 midnight till 6 am. No trespassing to the other Properties. Long weekends are 3 nights or more bookings only. Booking alterations allowed 30 days or more prior to the stay only. No wheel chair access or No stairlift. Empty and clean the fridge before checking out. Wash the dishes before checking out. Tie and leave the garbage inside the bin or hand over to caretaker. Video surveillance monitoring and recording 24/7 at the parameters of the property for safety, security and avoid trespassing. (No camaras located inside the building) Assistance or service animals allowed but had to notify prior to booking. One parking space provides inside the garage. Wifi unit provide with 50 GB capacity if you need more you can reload the data as you needed. For the long term bookings supplies are provided start of the booking only.
