You enter through your own private lit stairway of 15 steps down heads up (NO RAILING) You must be agile! On the South side of the home is access your private 300 SF studio. You will be greeted by spectacular ocean views and manicured private garden. If you enjoy indoor/outdoor living you will appreciate the vast MULTI LEVEL decking, lovingly manicured garden and your own weber gas grill. The space is very private and quiet , say hi if you see me in garden. The space Newly re-modeled studio featuring a queen size sleep number bed, tiny kitchenette , tiny refrigerator, microwave, no stove , Nespresso coffee maker outside weber grill and place setting for two. Gorgeous handcrafted Fireclay Tile through out. The bathroom has a generous size shower with all essential toiletries. Leave your hairdryer at home we have a one for your use. From your bed you have the option of a view or a large flat screen T.V . We offer internet and Direct TV with Sports and all Movie Channels. This room is very clean with the hand made tile floors and counter tops that are deeply clean between each guest. If Guest decide to do self check in , you will most likely not see another person, maybe us in garden for short while. The only issue with over 250 guest is The Fog horn, and the room is small. Guest access Spacious manicured garden with a 1000 square feet of decking, breath taking ocean and harbor view. On your private deck of the studio you have a tile counter with chairs. Your deck space is private, however you might see Wendy and I working in the Garden. The lower yard is common space so on occasion we may be at the large outside Table. We caution anyone who is staying with us the access is 15 paver steps down to private gate , please be aware , the pavers are well lit but do NOT have RAILS. Other things to note Within a mile or less you can walk or drive to several beaches, bike paths, hiking trails and restaurants. Adventures or relaxation what ever you want it's here. Our House is on steep hill you will need a car to get around. You might hear fog horn on some evenings. The pavers going down to room require good balance it's 15 paver steps down to private gate , please be aware , the pavers are well lit but do NOT have RAILS.
